Phil Moorhouse

Chairman

Phil Moorhouse joined the Mpac Group Board on 1 March 2011 as a non-executive director and was appointed Chairman on 10 April 2015. He is Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and is a member of the Audit and Remuneration Committees. He is also the non-executive Chairman of Newcastle Building Society. He was formerly Finance Director and Managing Director UK of Northgate plc.

Tony Steels

Chief Executive

Tony Steels joined the Mpac Group Board as Chief Executive on 6 June 2016. He previously held a number of senior management positions within Cytec Industries, Umeco plc and Georg Fischer AG, based in the UK and China. He started his career with GEC Alsthom.

Jim Haughey

Group Finance Director

Jim Haughey joined the Mpac Group Board as Group Finance Director on 2 October 2017. He has spent the last seven years with Bodycote plc as Group Financial Controller, where he played an important role in the management of three significant US acquisitions.  He previously held senior financial positions at FKI PLC, Bridon PLC and Certex Europe. He began his career at Touche Ross in 1988 before joining Bridon as Assistant Group Financial Controller in 1992.

John Davies

Non-Executive Director

John Davies joined the Mpac Group Board on 27 January 2011 as a non-executive director.  He is Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.  He is a non-executive director of Redde plc. He was formerly non-executive Chairman of Autologic Holdings plc, Managing Director of Lloyds TSB‘s Asset Finance division, Head of Consumer Finance for Standard Chartered Bank and Managing Director of United Dominions Trust, a subsidiary of Lloyds TSB.

Andrew Kitchingman

Non-Executive Director

Andrew Kitchingman joined the Mpac Group Board on 11 May 2016 as a non-executive director.  He is Chairman of the Audit Committee and a member of the Remuneration and Nomination Committees.  He is a non-executive director of Lonpro Holding PLC and Incommunities Group Limited, and is a director of The Cathedral Choir School Ripon Limited.  He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and formerly worked in corporate finance for a number of firms, including KPMG, Hill Samuel, Albert E Sharp, Brewin Dolphin and WH Ireland.
