As a key member of the Group IT Team you maintain and support the Groups IT infrastructure and provide first and second line IT support to all areas of the business.
Working closely with Group IT Team both onsite and in other Mpac sites to provide IT support to all Mpac employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, manage and maintain, the technical infrastructure and application systems of Mpac Group
- In coordination with the Group IT Manager, support the harmonisation of IT with wider Mpac Group IT policies.
- Provide timely 1st and second line support to all users, including offsite mobile, and overseas Mpac personnel.
- Maintain effective processes to manage and respond to user issues
- Ensure that the IT infrastructure security is effectively maintained to the high standards required.
- Maintain server backups in accordance with Mpac business continuity plan
- Ensure key IT services information is documented and maintained
- Ensure software licensing compliance
- IT Expenses, Budgets and procurement
- Procurement or IT equipment in-line with Group DOA and Mpac technology standards
- Support Group IT Manager in development of local site IT budget
- Manage expenditures within agreed budgets
- Provide appropriate business case to support planned IT spend
- Operate within Group delegation of authority limits at all times
- Other duties as may be required
