We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Director to lead our sales efforts in the APAC region.
Position Overview
As the Sales Director for the APAC region, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships. You will lead the regional sales team, develop strategic plans, and execute sales initiatives to achieve business objectives. This role requires a visionary leader with a deep understanding of the APAC market and a proven track record in sales management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and market growth objectives in the APAC region.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and strengthen partnerships across the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for product and service enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analysis to senior management.
- Manage the regional sales budget, optimize resources, and ensure efficient allocation to maximize profitability.
- Represent MPAC Group at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand visibility and strengthen market presence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sales management, preferably within the packaging machinery, automation, or industrial equipment sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the APAC region.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel within the region as required.
