Number of AIM securities in issue
As at 4 December 2023, there are 20,474,424 ordinary shares of 25p each in issue and admitted to trading on AIM. Holders of ordinary shares are entitled to one vote per share in meetings of the Company and to receive dividends from time to time. No shares are held in treasury.
Shares not in public hands
As at 4 December 2023, 18.13% of the Company’s issued share capital is not deemed to be in public hands.
Trading platforms / transfer restrictions
Other than the AIM Market of London Stock Exchange plc, the company has not applied for or agreed to have its securities admitted to or traded on any other exchange or trading platform. There are no restrictions on the transfer of the Company’s ordinary shares.
