The Switchback FSLF-2X is designed to erect large, turnover wall locking style corrugated trays that may otherwise need to be hand erected. Quick-change tooling sets allow for multiple tray sizes to be run on the same machine.

The Switchback FSLF-2X features skid-style blank loading (via lift truck) to reduce any operator handling of large, heavy corrugated material. Servo forming axis allows rapid, but gentle plunge-forming of heavy corrugated material. 

With the ability to momentarily pause the servo axis at the corrugated blank face, this Machine can reduce the kinetic energy associated with more conventional, mechanical formers.

Allen Bradley PLC control, operator touch screen, and rugged frame design make this a highly durable machine to reduce labour and corrugated usage. Servo tooling adjustment is available as an option for “recipe” driven changeovers.
