Servo Pick and Place

Configurable and highly accurate pick and place solution capable of supporting very heavy tooling to service multi-point pick and place applications. Ideal applications are picking from tray feed systems and placing into assembly tooling.

Designed to complement Mpac Platform chassis, and service all our standard indexing systems.

3 second nominal cycle time, and capable of multi-up processing and 50micron repeatability over large distances from pick to place positions.

All module wiring and I/O are design into the module for a clean module design whilst maintaining ease of maintenance.

End gripper tooling is designed within the project to perfectly suit each application.

Suitable for ISO7 clean room applications.
