Pneumatic Pick and Place
Pick and place solution designed to accommodate a large variety of point-to-point pick and place applications. Ideal applications are picking from feed systems and placing into assembly tooling.
Designed to complement Mpac Platform chassis, and service all our standard indexing systems.
The module has a 3 second nominal cycle time, and capable of multi-up processing and 25micron repeatability over 150mm distance from pick to place positions.
All module wiring and I/O are design into the module for a clean module design whilst maintaining ease of maintenance.
End gripper tooling is designed within the project to perfectly suit each application.
Suitable for ISO7 clean room applications.
