Vision System
Dedicated vision system for Mpac Platform applications. Supports a single camera complete with a ring light as standard but can easily be reconfigured for multi camera applications with bespoke lighting.
A large range of cameras can be mounted as standard. The system incorporates a stainless-steel hood ensuring ambient light doesn’t affect the vision system’s performance.
All module wiring and I/O are design into the module for a clean module design whilst maintaining ease of maintenance
Module has inbuilt adjustability for camera position in X-Y & Z to optimise focus and field of view requirements, ranging from 10mm square (5-micron resolution) up to 160mm square using prespecified lens options.
Suitable for ISO6 clean room applications.
