Robotic Pick and Place
Extremely flexible and highly accurate pick and place solution capable of supporting a nominal 5kg tooling weight to service multi-point pick and place applications. Ideal applications are picking from tray feed systems and placing into assembly tooling, and can track moving tooling on flexible indexing systems.
Designed to complement Mpac Platform chassis, and service all our standard indexing systems.
The module has a nominal 2.5 second cycle time and is capable of multi-up processing and 25micron repeatability over large distances from pick to place positions.
All module wiring and I/O are design into the module for a clean module design whilst maintaining ease of maintenance
End gripper tooling is designed within the project to perfectly suit each application.
Suitable for ISO6 clean room applications with robot clean room kit.
