Mpac Group plc is pleased to announce the appointment of Steve Blair as Chief Operating Officer (COO). This new role was created to strengthen the Group as we integrate the substantial acquisitions made in 2024 and prepare the Group for further growth. Steve joins the Group today from Malvern Panalytical where he was VP Operations, and previously COO at GKN Aerospace UK & Nordics.
Mike Brown is appointed into the new role of Chief Commercial Officer, bringing together the global sales and marketing team, building on his track record leading the Americas Region for Mpac.
David Taylor is promoted into the new role of Group Services Director to create a single global customer service team, sharpening our focus on this important pillar of Group strategy.
As planned, Jan de Bruijn will retire as CEO of the CSi Palletising business in March, stepping into an advisory role to provide ongoing support. Adam Ward will succeed Jan as Managing Director of CSi.
These changes serve to align the executive leadership team structure with the Group strategy, setting the foundations for ongoing growth in 2025 and the years ahead.
